so recently I discovered the broth bowl… a bowl filled with a chicken (or other protein source)-based broth, then filled with a variety of colorful, nutrient-packed vegetables and protein. Needless to say I am obsessed now. The possibilities are endless- you could add whatever you want to this nutritious meal and completely customize it in an instant.
The key is in the broth, or stock, or bone broth, whichever you’d like to call it. The broth is the one thing that will take a while in prep for this yummy meal, but once you have that simmered down and packed with all kinds of goodness, the rest comes together in a hot minute!
